Brand Ambassadors are the face of a brand on campus. Companies like EY, Network Rail and Linklaters want YOU to represent them.

You’ll be in charge of spreading the word about a brand, what it’s like to work for them and the opportunities they offer.

  • Attending and supporting at employer-led events
  • Organising your own events
  • Capturing student data
  • Providing insights of competitors
  • Social media promotion and competitions
  • Networking across campus with students and university staff

We offer Brand Ambassador positions in a range of different industries for a variety of different employers. A key thing to know is that there are two types of Brand Ambassador positions you can apply for…

Our Long-Term Brand Ambassadors get involved in a variety of activities, from online to on-campus promotions, event organisation and attendance, and competition promotion and freebie giveaways.
Long-Term Brand Ambassadors will represent one company across one or two terms (depending on the campaign) and will work between 18-35 hours across the semesters. Successful applicants will be invited to a Training Day at the company's offices where they will learn more about the role and meet some employees to find out about their experiences.
You will work closely with the Graduate Recruitment team and get a real insight into how the company works. This could really add to your application when you're looking at graduate roles!
All you have to do is select Long-Term Brand Ambassador and choose your top and second employer choice once you're at the application stage.
Our Short-Term Brand Ambassadors can work on multiple campaigns throughout the year and represent different companies at the same time.
The activities that Short-Term Brand Ambassadors get involved in is mainly social media promotion. Primarily to advertise events and competitions that are happening around campus.
Short-Term Brand Ambassadors will also receive remote training with On-Campus Promotions.
All you have to do is select Short-Term Brand Ambassador and Sign me up for any for your top and second employer choice once you're at the application stage.
Please note: the employers in the list (excluding sign me up for any) will most likely be offering Long-Term campaigns only.

About The Candidate


Becoming a Brand Ambassador means you will get part-time, paid and professional experience. Let’s break it down...

  • You receive £8.70 to £10 an hour (campaign dependant), with the opportunity to win prizes and bonuses

Please note: If you are on a Tier 4 Visa then you will still be eligible to apply for a Long Term Brand Ambassador position as you will not surpass the 20 hours per week limit. If you are on a Tier 4 Visa and would like to apply for a Short Term Brand Ambassador position then some conditions apply. If you are hired, we will need to see your Tier 4 visa in person before you can start working.

About The Company


We are a team of dedicated Account Managers who work with you to ensure the campaign is a success and that you are up-skilled throughout your time as a Brand Ambassador! The campaigns we work on help to promote top employers on campus. And that’s where YOU come in!

We hire Brand Ambassadors to represent these employers on campus and online. So whether your helping out at a pop-up event, promoting application deadlines or trying to push entries to a competition, all the work that you do help to drive these employers brands on campus and get their name out there!


  • To get started, all you have to do is click apply and register your details with us. You have to register before you can apply as you need to set your preferences for how you want to be contacted throughout the application. We need this so we can contact you to let you know the next steps if you're successful!
  • After you've registered, it will take you straight to the next page where you just need to complete a few simple questions about yourself.
  • If you're successful, you will be invited to the second stage of the process, where we'll ask you some more specific questions about your skills.
  • After this, you may be invited to submit a two minute video explaining why you’ll be such a champion Brand Ambassador
Each campaign will have an eligibility criteria, which could include your degree subject, graduation year or university.  We’ll let you know if you are not eligible for your preferred campaigns, and if that happens, we’ll help you find other campaigns you might be interested in. We can’t guarantee when campaigns come in throughout the year so it’s worth applying for our current roles to give you the best chance for landing a job!
